The Spanish used in this book should be easily understood by most Spanish speakers in the United States.  For those wondering about some of the unique words used in the Harry Potter series, they are translated well.  Terms not translated, such as "Muggles" and "Quidditch" are italicized..
Comments:
Harry Potter is waiting to enter his third year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry when he gets so angry at his aunt and uncle's house that he unintentionally uses magic and runs away.  (It's strictly forbidden, and punishable, to use magic around non-wizards such as his relatives).  Cornelius Fudge, the Minister of Magic himself, finds Harry and takes care of everything.  Harry suspects something is wrong, because he thought he would be expelled.  Sure enough, Harry had been let off the hook because a much bigger problem was afoot. The evil Sirius Black has managed an unprecedented escape from Azkaban, a prison fortress guarded by the dreaded Dementors.  Now the Dementors have been called to Hogwarts to guard the school and capture Sirius Black... who is suspected to be coming after Harry.
