Spectrum Fundraiser!

Thursday, June 3rd, 2010

If you missed the opportunity to attend the Golden Gate Fields Fundraiser, you have another chance to meet and greet your fellow BPLG members and supporters and raise money for a great cause.  Thanks to Martha Arroyo-Nieves, Ana-Elba Pavon and Ida Z. daRoza for hosting the ALA Spectrum Scholarship fundraiser.

The Spectrum Scholarship has helped many BPLG members not only pay for library school but it’s also provided a unique opportunity to be part of the leadership program and to take an active role in the committment to diversity in the field of librarianship.  You can’t go wrong with good food, good friends and a good cause.  Let’s come out and show your support!
